Grace Charles Lending acts as an Introducer to an independent finance brokerage which holds a Credit Broking Licence as required by the FCA. Our partner firm is a full member of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers.
GCL is a sister brand to Grace Charles Property, set up to help investors and developers find the funding options they need for all the many different types of complex projects you may come across. Grace Charles has experience in BTL, commercial, conversions & new build sites. All projects required funding at some point.
We have now used our experience to create a web site which will capture the information we need, to then pass on your requirements to one of our experienced brokers, which we have worked with time and time again for many different projects.
We can give first hand experience of all the brokers we use and will introduce you to.
